LA Hwy 339., Erath Precious Moments Head Start Center, 100 North State Street., Abbeville Recruitment is an ongoing process. Slots are filled according to our selection criteria. Children not accepted for enrollment will be placed on a waiting list. To register your child, you must have the child’s original or certified birth certificate, up-to-date immunization card, social security number, and proof of income (such as Food Stamp printout, statement for TANF, or W-2 from the previous year). Child must be four or three years old before September 30 of the current year. We are committed to ensuring that the personal information you share with our program remains confidential. Any outside agency requesting access to your child’s file must have your written permission. We make every attempt to meet the changing needs of your family. It is our goal to ensure a smooth transition into our Head Start Program. In the event you wish to withdraw your child from the program, a drop form may be filled out with the child’s Family Service Worker or at the Central Office.
